Kevin Chua is the Chief Human Resources Officer at United World College South East Asia (UWCSEA), a mission-driven international school recognized as a global leader in education. Previously, he was the Chief People Officer at the National University of Singapore (NUS). With a diverse background in global and APAC HR roles across Fortune 500 companies in the Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical, and Energy sectors, Kevin has lived and worked in Singapore, London, and Tokyo. He began his HR career in Learning & Development and Talent Management and remains passionate about leadership development, serving as a certified Executive Coach to senior leaders across various functions and regions. In addition to his corporate roles, Kevin contributes to the nonprofit sector as Chair of the Board HR Committee for a healthcare charity and as a board HR committee member for a mental health charity. He is also a frequent speaker at HR conferences and has been a judge for HR awards.
