Kevin Chua is the Chief Human Resources Officer at United World College South East Asia (UWCSEA), a mission-driven international school recognized as a global leader in education. Previously, he was the Chief People Officer at the National University of Singapore (NUS). With a diverse background in global and APAC HR roles across Fortune 500 companies in the Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical, and Energy sectors, Kevin has lived and worked in Singapore, London, and Tokyo. He began his HR career in Learning & Development and Talent Management and remains passionate about leadership development, serving as a certified Executive Coach to senior leaders across various functions and regions. In addition to his corporate roles, Kevin contributes to the nonprofit sector as Chair of the Board HR Committee for a healthcare charity and as a board HR committee member for a mental health charity. He is also a frequent speaker at HR conferences and has been a judge for HR awards.

Alex Teo was the Chief Operating Officer of HQ.xyz, a Web3 startup which provides onchain services to help companies with treasury management and money movements. Before Headquarters, he was the People Experience Lead of ShopBack and helmed policy and investment-related roles in the public sector for more than 10 years.

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! Today, The Curious Co. is joined by the lovely couple Aaron Kho and Charmian Song, better known as budget-travel YouTubers @Aaronandchar who traded their stable 9-6 jobs for backpacks on a 1-year adventure around the world, and now have almost 5,000 subscribers on YouTube.
They share with us the ins and outs to navigating a romantic relationship while being vlogging work partners, the bumps they navigated along the way, and what worked for the mto strengthen their relationship.
Aaron studied photography at New York University. Before quitting his 9-6 job, he worked in an advertising agency as a producer. Charmian previously worked as an analyst at an enterprise development agency in Singapore and has a background in business analytics.
